Problem Statement: 33% of the Special Education learners are identified as learners with
difficulty or disability in reading and whose reading level are identified
and classified in the severe frustration level.
Project Objectives: Employ varied teaching strategies to increase reading level from 50%
to at least 75% and enhance reading difficulty in order to cope up with
the lessons in all subject areas.
Root Cause: Reading disability of the learners due to insufficient reading training
and practice.

Program Title: Project INSPIRE
Initiating New Special Program for Intellectually Challenged learners
through Responsibility Driven Education and Training
Problem Statement: 10% of the Special Education learners are identified as learners with
intellectual disability and whose learning styles (as per observation)
are for self-help and real life activity training.
Project Objectives: Develop real life skills by enhancing their capabilities from poor to at
least instructional level of understanding circumstances in their day to
day activities.
