Arrive Thursday night/Friday morning
Leave on Monday afternoon/evening

Day 1 (Fri) Northern Taiwan

We’ll visit Jiufen (settings for the animation
Spirited Away) and Shifen, two charming old gold
& coal mining towns in Northern Taiwan that are
much loved by INSEADers.

We might have dinner and enjoy the night view at

Jiufen, or come back to Taipei city for hot pot.

Finish the day with Karaoke or clubbing or many

other choices available in Taipei!

Day 2 (Sat) Taipei City

Start by climbing Elephant mountain overlooking
Taipei 101, we will then visit Taipei 101, Forty-four
South Village (residential area for the military
troops retreated from China during the civil war),
Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, and maybe
Longshan Temple.

We will have dinner at Shilin Night Market, where

you have countless choices, and play all kinds of
games that make you feel you’re a young again lol

Clubbing follows if you’d like.

Day 3 (Sun) Tainan, Southern Taiwan

We are gonna do a one-day trip to Tainan, the oldest city in Taiwan via the
High Speed Rail. We'll visit several historical/cultural sites in Tainan, such as
the Fort Zeelandia/tree house in Anping, Taiwan Confusius Temple, and the
many old streets (maybe through cycling).
We will end the trip with stir-fried + Taiwan beer dinner and take the last train
back to Taipei.

For those who want more partying/clubbing, just do it!

Day 4 (Mon) Free day in Taipei

National Palace Museum, Beitou hot spring, Massage, Shopping,
More nice food… Sleeping…anything!
