The Organizational Structure app allows you to


easily create and adapt your company’s org
structure.

Key features of the Organizational Structure app:


▪ Graphic view – graphical, scope-dependent, and guided
creation of organizational units, additional table view
which shows all org units listed in a table
▪ Simplified mode – the Create buttons that guide you
through the creation of new org units are hidden in this
mode to gain a better overview of your org structure
▪ Non-confirmed entities are in the staging area. You can
easily change and delete them. With the final
confirmation you deploy your org structure into the
target system
▪ Checks in place to make sure all mandatory org units
based on the selected scope have been created

▪ The Set Up Organizational Structure app is closely


connected with the scoping. The selected scope
specifies which organizational units are required to
run the underlying processes.

need to create and confirm. You can choose them
to see the detailed list of org units. When there are
mandatory org units to be created and confirmed,
these indicators are red and the Complete
Activity button is grayed out.
