Reflection:
The Capstone Proposal helped me gather my qualitative and quantitative data, as well as gave me an
opportunity to plan out the procedure for the Capstone implementation. I utilized one hour a week
throughout the summer for this step.

Reflection:
After meeting with the administration for professional learning opportunities, I developed learning
modules and resources for participants. This was an essential step to the Capstone implementation and
required me to reflect on the goals for the trainings, needed teaching materials, and digital resources.

Reflection:
I spent time with each participant, both in a whole group and one-on-one coaching sessions. We worked
towards common goals during whole group sessions. During coaching sessions, I tailored my instruction
to fit the needs and goals of the individual teachers. After each session, I reflected on the progress the
group and individuals were making towards the set goals and modified my content and instruction as
needed.
