 This school featured my time as a student teacher, it saw me intermingling with a huge number of
students one on one.
 I learned how to really grow comfortable in the social studies material by interacting frequently with
the pdesas standards website.
 I got to sit in and engage during parent teacher and sap meetings.
 Ms. Smith gave me tremendous space to explore and to create my own assessments from scratch.
 This placement saw me creating lesson plans and assessment daily for multiple different
environments.

 This observation saw me contributing assignments and in-class activities over the course of multiple
days.
 I got to actively participate in creating my own activities and I had the opportunity to print them.
 The classroom had a smart board which provided me with a lot of time to mess around with it and in
the end become comfortable with it.

 This observation gave me the opportunity to create review lessons to give students the ability to study
for upcoming tests.
 I managed a classroom for multiple periods and assisted students who were having trouble with their
social studies homework.
 This observation showcased that I had to be ready for anything in the moment. Students had diverse
assignments across multiple social studies classrooms. Because of this I had to be ready in the
moment to change what I was helping the students with.

 This observation saw me coordinating and formulating lesson plans for the first time.
 Mr. Hudspath taught me the importance of a human teacher, he showed me that interactive material is
the best kind of teaching material. I contributed multiple times by reading texts to the class as a made-
up character with a funny voice.
 I got to interact with students and assist them by passing out and grading materials.
