1) What are the advantages and disadvantages of technology?

R/

Ventajas:

 The technology in the informational aspect has improved a lot, thanks to which
internet allows a connection almost worldwide and a quick access to be updated
of everything that happens in any part of the world.
 Entrepreneurship can be carried out without great resources in many cases,
facilitated by the global connection.
 Technological advances facilitate communication.
 Thanks to the internet connection and the technological tools, new opportunities
for work from home are presented.

Desventajas:

 can lead to unemployment, as in the case of machines in industries that carry out
tasks that were previously managed manually.
 Isolation can also occur if only the digital world is used to perform all kinds of
tasks, and there is almost no social contact.

2) What are the most important things about a job? Is it money? People? The hours
you work? Tell us about it.

R/ The most important thing at work is attitude. Your attitude and that of the people
around you when facing challenges. If you don’t have an attitude for teamwork, the
work will not be done in the best way. Money is not of great importance because if
you make a lot of money but you don’t like what you’re doing, someday you get tired
and quit. Discipline is the most important thing after attitude, devoting every hour of
work to improving things is the wisest action.
Good teamwork with people looking for the same thing as you is a route to success
at work.

3) What changes would you like to see science make to the world?

R/ I would like science to be concerned with creating new technology with regard to
the energy sector. I think that the current energy matrix is destroying our planet.
Current renewable energy is very expensive. I would like science to implement ideas
that improve current technologies so that they are applied much more and so stop
the deterioration of the planet.

4) -1What comes to mind when you hear the word ‘education’?. What is a good
 education?
R/ Education is training aimed at developing the intellectual, moral and affective
capacity of people in accordance with the culture and norms of coexistence of the
society to which they belong.
"for example the school is also concerned with education in values"
For me, education is one of the most influential factors in the advancement and
progress of people and societies.

5) How do you think life will change over the next 20 years?

R/ I think 20 years from now, humans will implement renewable energy as a priority.
Pollution will be very high and that is why engineers will create new ways to
generate and use energy.
Unemployment will be part of the daily routine because the industry is acquiring
more and more robots that perform tasks with more efficiencies than humans.

6) Make a brief description of your ideal job

R/ my ideal job as CEO of a renewable energy company of great international
prestige. I would like to lead the current energy change because I am aware of the
great damage that is generated on the planet by the use of fossil fuels. My ideal job
would be to promote change in this and to leave a mark so that future generations
do not suffer the consequences of our actions.

7)- If you had $15 million pesos and you had to spend it within 48 hours, what would
you do?
R/ If I had fifteen million pesos and I had to spend it in forty-eight hours I would invest
that money in my education by paying my specialization or paying the initial fee for an
apartment so that in the future, this is mine and can generate more income. Even in that
time I can create a business that generates more money.

8)If you could have any super power – for example, the ability to fly, or to be very
strong, or to become invisible – which super power would you choose? Why? What
would you do with this power?

R/ I would like to have two superpowers, read minds to know what the most successful
think and learn from them as well as read the bad people and have the power to avoid
any damage they can do. the other superpower that would have been to absorb all the
carbon dioxide from the earth, greenhouse emissions and reduce the pollution that we
generate ourselves.
 When talking about crime in Barranquilla:
9)- What is your opinion about this topic? What is the problem?
Do we need more policemen? - Do we need better laws and regulations?
What can we do to reduce crime in Colombia?
R/ What I think about crime in the city is that logically this issue advances every
day in Barranquilla. Every day this is increased precisely by poverty and lack of
social and cultural development in citizens. The problem is not the lack of
security, or of police, but the increase of insecurity and the lack of awareness on
the part of the police towards the citizens, since both for them and for the citizens
a theft has become a daily occurrence, rape, and even murder. The central
problem is in people, education, values and principles are the solution to the
crimes. If we educate well, we will have good people living and making the
country much more developed without poverty and without crime.
