Evaluate for Lethality

1. A 60 year old client that lives alone has stockpiled and taken 50 tablets of Anafranil
(chlomipramine). He is discovered by the fire department that has arrived at the building because
his neighbor had a kitchen fire and the building had to be evacuated.

Plan, PCA-toxic, availablity

2. A 20 year old college student has taken 8 aspirin tablets 15 minutes prior to her roommates
expected return from a movie.

3. A 45 year old client was brought to the ER for evaluation. His suicide plan was to kill himself
by carbon monoxide. He has bought tubing that would connect his exhaust system to the inside
of his car. He has hooked up the apparatus to assure that it would work. He plans to take
Benadryl with whiskey and go to a lovely spot in the forest that he came across hiking.
