than 40% of the pre paid air time in Mexico (1 million cellular top up operatio
ns served per day).
Director Strategic Planning and Business Development
Full responsibility for the corporate re engineering process, including Mission
and Vision, including a detailed, 5 year plan.
Established a new board of directors, new strategic planning methodology and org
anizational structure.
Currently implementing an international marketing plan to operate in Europe, USA
