Dear MKS FACILITY SERVICES: AGREEMENT

This refers to your quotation dated 16/8/21, for providing security services to our site “SHREENIDHI
CO-OP HOUSING SOC.” At porwal road. The said work subject to the following terms & conditions:

• 1.You will be given 4 guard of each Rs 11000 per month and 4 house-keeping staff with
Rs 7800 per month.
• 2.The security guards will be literate & experienced, physically strong.
• 3.The age will not be below 25 and not more than 40-45 years.
• 4.They will wear proper uniform.
• Guards will be checked time to time and replacement will be provided whenever needed in case of absentism.
• The contract can be terminated by either party by giving 1 month notice.
• Prior to deployment of security personnel the safety to avoid any risks ,threat/danger for property would be
conducted.
• If you find any guard on duty sleeping or consumed alcohol should be sent out immediately, penalty can be charged
accordingly.
• Mobile should be provided to each security guard.

HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES

• Sweeping all the passage common area staircase, lobby, corridor in all holding on a daily basis
• Mopping by using floor cleaning liquid or phenyl after sweeping the floors to be done daily.
• Cleaning of common toilets in all buildings to be done daily.
• Cleaning of the entrance lobby all the building to be done daily.
• Sweeping of the garbage’s & pathways on a daily basis & cleaning the ceiling.
• Collection & disposal of garbage everyday, no garbage to be left outside the gate any time.
• Garbage to be collected between 9:30 -11:30 am from door to door.
• Dusting of all areas specially the railings & corners of all walls in all buildings daily.
• Swiping & swapping of tiles in buildings daily.
• Daily cleaning of garbage pits surrounding.
• Daily cleaning of front and inner side of the lift.
• Cleaning of terrace of all buildings once a month.
• No housekeeping staff shall sleep during working hours.
• Every housekeeping staff supervisor shall all times take possible steps to protect the life & property of every
resident in the complex and shall ensure that there is no damage to or misuse of the complex and shall ensure
that there is no damage or misuse of the common area in the complex.
• Cleaning of water tanks and drain chambers will not be covered in regular housekeeping all other terms &
conditions shall remain the same and shall continue in full force and effect.
