CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER for CVS/pharmacy, Woonsocket, RI 2006 - 2010
Responsible for working side by side with Regional Director of Real Estate (RDRE
) on proposed acquisitions of property purchases, ground lease properties, acqui
sition re-brands exterior enhancements to existing buildings, major and minor re
models in California, Northern Nevada, and Montana.
* Along with CVS/pharmacy RDRE, CVS/pharmacy Prime Developer maintain ground lea
se and purchase property inventory to meet corporate development plan. Site ride
potential site with corporate executives and Vice Presidents for viability of a
potential CVS location and provide guidance of construction parameters or issue
s that could impact development.
* Managed and completed 27 ground-up CVS/pharmacy's all delivered on time on bud
get. Managed and completed 27 Sav-On, 20 Longs, and 5 Schneider's acquisition re
-brands. Managed and completed over 20 major or minor remodels to existing core
stores including 2 Beauty 360 concepts.
* Reviewed all bids for completeness and renegotiated as necessary to stay withi
n corporate budget. Responsible for periodic site inspections and report updates

* Identified planning, zoning, and signage requirements in a timely manner to de
veloped budgets, oversaw all architectural, engineering, procurement, and admini
stration.
* Built and maintained governmental relations with civic leaders to avoid road b
