You need to sign this agreement by the deadline mentioned above and share it back to the
admissions Department before depositing the Registration amount
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Candidates should have scored at least 50% in graduation from a recognised institute or university. If you are still in
* the final year of graduation, however, your candidature will be provisional till the submission of the final results. In case
your final marks are less than the qualifying marks, your admission will be considered void
Under the Pay After Placement Program, the tuition fee is 12 times the monthly gross salary. The cap for the total fee
* is set at ₹ 600000
Opt-Out Policy:- The Student hereby agrees that, under any circumstances if he/she prefers to opt-out of the
placement program or he/she becomes ineligible for placement due to falling short of the attendance requirement or
* non-compliance with Sunstone guidelines, the Student needs to pay to Sunstone a one-time course fees of ₹ 203440,
which excludes one-time non-refundable enrolment fees
* Enrolment fees comprises of seat booking amount, registration fees and student welfare fees
Refund Policy: According to AICTE / UGC guidelines, you can ask for a refund anytime before the commencement of
* the classes. An amount equal to INR 1,000/- or 10% of the fees paid (whichever is lower) will be deducted as a
processing fee.
Any announcement regarding the commencement of classes, fee schedule, placements will be done only through
* Sunstone Eduversity’s official email id
To be eligible for placements, student has to secure a minimum passing mark of 50% aggregate and should have a
* minimum of 75% attendance during all semesters/trimesters
The registration and subsequent fees should only be deposited directly to Sunstone Eduversity’s account or via the
payment link mentioned in this offer letter. In case a person/company demands you to submit fees in their account,
* consider it as a fraudulent activity. Sunstone Eduversity will not have any liability on any transaction done in this
manner.
* Your seat will only be booked when you pay the seat booking amount which is mentioned in this offer letter
Scholarship offered, if any, is only applicable on specific offer details mentioned above. In case there is any change, a
* revised offer letter will be issued as per the applicable guidelines
* In case a student is unable to submit the documents during registration then their admission may stand canceled
Please note that by accepting the offer, you convey your understanding and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
* mentioned. This offer of admission will automatically lapse if you do not fulfil the above requirements within the
