Mark Zuckerberg: Mark Zuckerberg :

Born February 14, 1984, he is an American Businessman


and programmer, born in White Plains, New York, USA. He is
best known for founding the social networking site Facebook,
the largest social networking site in the world. He is currently
the CEO of Facebook.

Mark attended Harvard University and launched his dorm room


Facebook social networking service in February 2004 with
roommates Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin
Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes. In 2012, Zuckerberg put the
company public on May 2012 while retaining the majority of
shares in 2007. At the age of 23, Zuckerberg became the
world's youngest self-made billionaire until November 2021.
Mark's net worth was $126 billion, making him the seventh
richest person in the world.

Until 2008, Time Magazine ranked Mark Zuckerberg among the


100 most influential people in the world in the person of the
year award, which he won in 2010. Mark was ranked 10th in
the Forbes list of the most influential people in the world in
December 2016.
Management principles that Mark applies in his companies to
individuals:

Mark succeeded in planning, organizing, directing and


controlling the human element in the organization to ensure
that it attracts the most efficient elements, develops their
capabilities and creates the appropriate conditions for
extracting their best energies in order to achieve the goals of
the organization and the goals of its employees.

Mark was able to use in personnel management a set of


principles, rules and methods for dealing with workers, in
addition to the skill of scientific foundations and rules.

Mark was also able to manage individuals with good treatment,


as it helps workers to use their abilities as efficiently as
possible, not only to obtain personal or individual satisfaction,
but also to obtain group satisfaction and achieve the goals of
the organization.

Mark Zuckerberg's personal review :

In my personal opinion, if individuals are treated humanely,


they will respond and work with enthusiasm, efficiency and
high productivity, and if the art of management is to reach
goals and results through the work of others, then managing
people becomes one of the important responsibilities of
management, but rather becomes one of the most important
functions of the administrative organization and this is what
Mark did as the individual receives a high wage and feels job
satisfaction and true belonging to the company, which
increases the productivity and quality of work and the success
of the company and the achievement of the desired goals
drawn by Mark.

in industries including oil and gas, mining, real estate, banking,
construction, domestic and international trading, shipping,
import/export, wholesale and retail trade, services including
insurance, marine logistics, support, hotel services and
manufacturing ranging from cement and flour Cigarettes, sugar,
dairy products, oils, margarine, palm oil, detergents, soaps,
juices, textiles, canned foods, plastic products, sponges, other
household goods, plastic bags, tubes, houses, corrugated
board.

Hayel Saeed Anam & Partners Group has a presence and


control in many countries. This presence covers various
investment areas between commercial, industrial, and service.
