    USA STUDENT VISA CHECKLIST

    Documents Required For Admission (Offer Letter):


    1. Passport copy first page & last page
    2. 10th & 12th Mark sheet.
    3. Bachelors /Masters all mark sheet along with degree certificate.
    4. Transcript of Graduation & Post Graduation.
    5. 3 Recommendation letters.
    6. Experience Certificate(If any)
    7. IELTS Score Sheet
    8. SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) Score Sheet- For Undergraduate
    9. GMAT ( Graduate Management Admission Test)/GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) Score Sheet- Graduate
    10. Original Bank Certificates. (Minimum $40,000 – $50,000 USD = 25 Lacs to 30 lacks)- For Undergraduates,
    (Minimum $30,000 - $40,000 USD = INR 20 to 25 Lacs)- For Graduates
    11. Affidavit of Support

    Required Documents For Visa Application:


    1. Original passport.
    2. All forms filled and signed.
    3. Passport all pages Xerox.
    4. All academic documents starting from SSC to last academics.
    5. Visa Fees Receipt & Sevis Fees Receipt
    6. Visa Interview Confirmation Page.
    7. DS-160 confirmation page.
    8. All Financial docs (PF/FDs/IT Returns etc.)
    9. Property Evaluation.
    10. Education Loan.
    11. Bank Balance – up to 6 months back dated Statement.
    Documents Required For Student Dependent:
    1. I-20 for the dependent
    2. Original Passport.
    3. 3 Passport Size Photos
    4. Job Experience Letter (If working).
    5. Leave Approval Letter including last 3 months Salary Slips (If working).
    6. Form 16B & I.T. Returns for last 2 years & Pan Card Copy (if available).
    7. Marriage certificate (if married).
    8. Savings Account Balance for last 3 months from the month of applying.
    9. Other Savings Investments (Fixed Assets + Valuation reports + Agriculture Income (if applicable).
    10. Affidavit of Support.
    11. Letter of Invitation and Statutory Declaration (affidavit of support).
    12. College Letter stating that the spouse is currently enrolled and studying in respective college in USA (If the
    inviter is on study permit and wants to sponsor spouse/parents).
