A Handbook is designed to serve all New joiners plan & execute joining actions after the onboarding day.
The Activities directed in this book are mandatory & directly synced with the Employee Database, Profile
buildup, employee benefits, Attendance, Payroll & many more.
• Update the Bank details in PSHRMS within 7 working days from the date of joining
A New joiner is estimated to receive the login credentials within 12 hours from the time of employee ID
creation.
Step 1: Check SPAM in your mailbox (Proceed to Step 2 if the trigger email is unavailable in SPAM folder)

New Joiners are requested to contact the respective reporting Manager via email or phone on or before
Day 2 (Working day).
Tip:
Reporting Manager Name & email will be published by the HR.
Incase you need the contact Number of the Manger; you may Look up in Outlook contacts.
Tip:
If the Reporting Manger in HR’s email & Portal are different. Then choose the Manager Info shared by the
HR. The system may map the Unit Head as default selection which can be altered later.
In such scenario, you may reach to Arpana Kumar ArpanaK@hexaware.com for changing to the correct
RM. (Please get concurrence from reporting manager & keeping RM in cc when sending to Arpana)
Please note that Arpana is the Database HR, & will accommodate to change the RM details in Portal
however she is not the point of contact to decide the correct Manager. Manager Info in email is the
correct Manager.
4. Enter the Start Date (Select a Working day) & End Date (Select a Working day)
Enter Remarks (Eg. COVID 19, BCP, WFH etc.)
Click Submit.
Note: Hexaware is Empaneled with only HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank. Non-empaneled Banks are not
allowed for Salary processing.
