Itinerary

Introduction
Embark on a comfortable journey along the Nile River on a Nile Cruiser. Relax on deck whilst
observing rural life on the shores and taking in the changing landscape of the mighty river.

Experience Egypt’s remarkable history when you explore Cairo’s wonders and temples. Relax on
the Red sea before heading back to Cairo and the famed Egyptian Museum. 

Day 1: Airport pick up to hotel in Cairo

Airport pick up in the first day ,

Start Point Cairo International Airport (CAI), Airport Rd, Al Shorouk,
Al Qahirah 11, Egypt

Arrive at Cairo airport where you will be met by our representative who will assist you through the
formalities. Transfer to your hotel to meet your guide for a briefing explaining the tour itinerary.
Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo - Giza

After breakfast we start the tour by visiting the awe-inspiring Great Pyramids and the Sphinx at the
Giza Plateau, before heading to Sakkara to visit the Step Pyramid - the first completed pyramid in
Egypt - as well as ancient Pharonic tombs. Overnight on A/C bus to Aswan.

Day 3: Aswan
Arrive in Aswan. You will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your Nile Cruise.
 We begin the day with a tour of the romantic Philae Temple - perched atop a picturesque island; its
beautiful location is reached by small motor boat, making a truly magnificent approach to the site.
Overnight on your 5* Nile Cruise.

Day 4: Nile Cruise, Kom Ombo

Sail down the Nile in style, relaxing on deck whilst observing rural life on the shores and taking in
the changing landscape of the mighty river. Today we visit the temple of Kom Ombo - its perfectly
symmetrical twin entrances overlook the spectacular riverside. Continue along the Nile towards the
city of Luxor, often described as the world’s greatest open-air museum and home to some of the
grandest monuments that have survived from ancient Thebes. Overnight on your 5* Nile Cruise.

Day 5: Nile Cruise to Luxor

After breakfast, we arrive in Luxor, beginning the day with a tour of the East Bank of the Nile. Here
you will experience the immense Karnak Temple, considered by some as Egypt’s most important
Pharonic site - the country’s powerhouse of ancient times; as well as the magnificent Luxor Temple
where visitors are greeted by the impressive Avenue of Sphinxes. Overnight on your 5* Nile
Cruise.

Day 6: Luxor to Hurghada, Red Sea

After breakfast we explore the West Bank of Luxor, starting the tour with the world famous Valley of
the Kings, the richest archaeological site on earth. Then on to the breathtaking Temple of
Hatshepsut (Deir al-Bahri), built for the only woman to reign over Egypt as pharaoh. Finally we visit
the great Colossi of Memnon - the last remains of Amenophis III's temple. We then take the A/C
bus to Hurghada, Red Sea. Overnight stay at your hotel in Hurghada.

Day 7: Hurghada, Red Sea

This is a free day to be spent at your leisure. With snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving and good
food and drink available you will find much to do; or simply relax and enjoy the sun. Overnight stay
at your hotel in Hurghada.

Day 8: Hurghada, Red Sea

This is another free day to be spent at your leisure. With snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving and
good food and drink available you will find much to do; or simply relax and enjoy the sun. Overnight
on A/C bus to Cairo.

Day 9: Back to Cairo

Arrive in Cairo where you will be transferred to your hotel. Today we tour the City of Cairo,
beginning with the Egyptian Museum where you may view the treasures of King Tutankhamun’s
tomb. From there we head to the Coptic area of old Cairo to visit the hanging church, so named as
it is suspended above two Roman gate towers. Then on to the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, also
known as the Alabaster Mosque, which sits majestically on the summit of the Citadel of Saladin.
Afterwards we make our way to the old Cairo Bazaar, Khan El Khalili, with its maze of intriguing
alleyways that are home to numerous souvenir stalls and coffee shops. Overnight stay at your
hotel in Cairo.

Day 10: Cairo airport transfer

Airport drop of on the last day ,

End Point Cairo International Airport (CAI), Airport Rd, Al Shorouk,

An amazing and fascinating adventure! Our guide, Tiger, took such
good care of us! He kept us informed and safe. He was so
knowledgeable about the history and the culture and so passionate
about his work. The Oasis Hotel and the cruise ship were both older
and needed some updating, but the two other hotels were really nice. I
recommend this tour. It is an experience I’ll never forget! We were on
the move the whole time and really saw the best of the best in 10
days.

Our trip to Egypt was amazing!!! Everything went so smooth. The
Motels, cruise ship and resort were all wonderfyl. The tour guide,
Tiger, was excellent, He was so knowledgeable and gave us so much
interesting information about every site. He took very good care of
everyone. He was very organized. TourRadar was an excellent
company to deal with. There were no surprises and the trip was
everything they said it would be and more!!!! I will definately go thru
this company again and will look forward to their upcoming sales and

We had a fabulous time on our tour with Ramas and Egypt.
Magnificent sightseeing! Unparalleled customer service. I felt so safe
from the minute we met Ramas he made sure we were taken care of
and every single regard. There was not an question he could not
answer. Covid tests were easily obtained at the end of our trip. The
cruise was phenomenal, unlike any cruise I have been in the
Americas. It was so stunning to flow along the Nile and the serene
landscape of the oasis. The cultural aspect of this trip was just as
incredible as the thousand years old places and buildings which we
visited. The art in Egypt is absolutely stunning and a walk through the
bazaar was the perfect ending to our trip. We couldn't fathom how
magnificent it was to see the sunrise and looks sore from a hot air
balloon! And a Cleopatra spot at the Red Sea renewed all our senses
and invigorated our mind for the journeys to come. I highly
recommend this trip to anyone I know, it is one of the most
momentous and life altering journeys which I have had the pleasure of
being on. I cannot wait for my return to Egypt and the kind people.

I booked the Best of Egypt tour with Timeless Tours. The
communication from the very beginning was excellent. As promised I
was met on arrival by a rep who guided me seamlessly through the
visa process and I was soon on my way to meet my group and tour
guide. There were 9 of us in total so we were able to travel
comfortably on the minibus. The tour guide was Mina Magdy. He
knows all things Egypt. He was very patient and caring and managed
our time very well. Thanks to his expertise we were able to visit local
places too for lunch as well as an alabaster workshop, essence oil
store, Egyptian cotton store, spice store and papyrus store. For those
who like to shop it was an opportunity to buy good quality products at
sensible prices. I opted for the hotel upgrade and flight upgrade to
make my tour more enjoyable and I’m really glad I did. The hotels
were excellent and the flights quick and convenient. As a single
female travelling to Egypt for the first time I felt safe and secure from
the second I landed. I would not hesitate to recommend Timeless
Tours. I hope to get the chance to book with them again.

This tour concludes after breakfast in Cairo, where a transfer will take you to the airport in

Yes. A visit to Abu Simbel is possible on this tour, it takes place on day 4 early in the morning
while on the cruise in Aswan.

What is the most appropriate type of luggage to bring?

We strongly recommend bringing a backpack or duffel bag, as suitcases can be oversized

and difficult to store in buses, under seats, etc. On the tour, you are allowed to bring one
main piece of luggage weighing no more than 20kg and one small soft bag for hand luggage.
On all tours, you will have to carry your own luggage at certain points, please bear this in
mind when you are deciding what to pack.
