PRODUCT : FALCRYL-P-550- Styrene/Acrylic Polymer Latex for Paints & Coatings

FALCRYL-P-550 is a high quality fine particle size Copolymer latex emulsion based on Styrene/Acrylic Polymer Emulsion designed for
multipurpose application. The film is tough, clear, tack free & flexible. Products based on FALCRYL-P-550 exhibit good durability & Alkali
resistance. FALCRYL-P-550 is also recommended to manufacture wall coatings from glossy to matt finishes with high pigment concentration.

Uses:
It is suited for manufacturing many types of Interior/Exterior Emulsion Paints. The product can be formulated and used as a base material
for manufacturing many types of adhesives and as cement modifiers.

Features:
 Scrub Resistance - Though & flexible
 Exterior Durability
 Gloss Development
 Hydrolytic stability- Pigment binding
 Water and Alkali resistance

FALCRYL-P-550 is Styrene Acrylic co-polymer dispersion. It is suggested for the production of interior/exterior paints, granule pastes, and
other materials for wall coatings. Products compounded with FALCRYL-P-550 gives excellent durability and alkali resistance. The binding
power is higher than normal vinyl polymers, which gives the possibility to reduce the consumption of the dispersion. Paints based on
FALCRYL-P-550 have excellent resistance to water and are stable against weathering.

Notes:
1. Store in sealed containers in dry conditions at temperature between 15 to 40OC away from direct heat, sunlight, dust, and moisture.
2. Higher temperature may cause skin/crust formation especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight
for a long period.
3. Due to the film forming nature. The product must be filtered or sieved before introduction of the materials in the formulation of the
final product, to avoid lumps/skins that could have been formed during the storage of the dispersion for a long period.

Shelf Life:
Shelf life of 6 months provided the containers once opened must be closed properly to prevent contamination. As usual with such adhesives,
protect from extremes of heat and cold. Do not store in open and rotate stock, using first in first out basis (FIFO).

Storage:
Keep away from direct sunlight/moisture in sealed container. Protect from frost and store the container in a cool and dry place.
