Is there a quiz or online knowledge check after the webinar?

A: Yes, handouts are provided in advance and you are encouraged to read and understand for
higher chances of passing the quiz. The quiz is composed of 20 questions to be answered within
20 minutes and you need to get at least 16 points or 80 % to pass. You shall submit your
response only once.
What if I failed the online knowledge check at first take?
A: You may have the quiz retake with another set of questions within the duration of the
training.
What if I failed again on the second take?

A: You shall attend another training session (refresher training) and have the opportunity to
take the quiz again.

Do you issue a certification for this webinar?

A: Yes. We issue an e-Certificate for those who attended the webinar and passed the online
knowledge check. It will be forwarded to your immediate superior for cascading and to HR
Office for 201 filing.
What is an e-Certificate?
A: A document that serves as a proof that a participant has completed the webinar.

Will my immediate supervisor know my score in the online knowledge check?

A: Yes. We will forward to them your scores so they know your performance during the
training.
