I.
The IRR of Article 1, Section 3 (w) R.A. No. 9165 definition of
terms provides that illegal trafficking is the illegal cultivation, culture,
delivery, administration, dispensation, manufacture, sale, trading,
transportation, distribution, importation, exportation and possession of
any dangerous drug and/or controlled precursor and essential
chemical. The law states all of the methods that a person may
illegally traffick said substances.
II.
Section 4 (54), or R.A. No. 8550 provides municipal fisherfolk are
persons who are directly or indirectly engaged in municipal fishing
and other related fishing activities.
