The ASPIRE Awards program was created in 2014 to celebrate top-performing OneAmerica

consistent track record of success serving our customers and financial professionals. In addition,
nominees are those who possess the attributes ASPIRE that stand for achievement, stewardship,
partnership, integrity, responsiveness, and excellence. These principals guided 2,200
OneAmerica associates to achieve in all work endeavors.

For the 2022 ASPIRE Awards, there are 160 nominees amongst the four categories. The
categories are Distinguished Achievement, Excellence in Execution, Excellence in Partnership,
and Outstanding Leadership. The awards program will be held on March 20, 2022.
