We are proud to announce this year’s ASPIRE Award nominations and recognize them
for everything they have accomplished at OneAmerica.

This year, there are four categories:

● Distinguished Achievement
● Excellence in Execution
● Excellence in Partnership
● Outstanding Leadership

The nominees exemplify the ideal of empowerment with accountability and lead the way
in our commitment to deliver on the promises that we make daily to our customers. The
associates will be honored at the company’s annual ASPIRE Award gala, an in-person
event held at the Indiana Historical Society on April 16; guests can attend virtually over
zoom as well.

Congratulations to all nominees, and thank you, everyone, for the great effort leading to
this year’s annual ASPIRE Awards. Let this gala be our thank you to all of you for your
hard work this past year and for recognizing the excellent work of specific individuals.
