A NARRATIVE REPORT
November 26, 2020

Sandiat West Elementary School conducted the Third Quarter State of the
School Address (SOSA) on November 26, 2020 at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.
This was attended by the teachers, pupils, parents and other stakeholders.
Enumerated below are the different topics discussed. This was spearheaded by the
school principal. She elaborated the accomplishments for the first quarter in the
five areas of development namely, Pupil Development, Curriculum Development,
Staff Development, Physical Facilities Development and Socio-Cultural and
Economic Development.

I. The following are the accomplishments for the FIRST QUARTER of Sandiat West
Elementary School, San Manuel District (Isabela).

SUBJECT: FIRST QUARTER GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND
STATE OF THE SCHOOL ADDRESS (SOSA)

1. Stated in DepEd Order No. 07, series 2020, the distribution and announcement of grades
and at the same time a general assembly shall be done .Due to cancellation of classes
mandated by the province and municipal sectors it will be done on November 26, 2020 at
8:00 in the morning.

2. The objectives are as follows;

A. To report the accomplishments in the five areas of development namely, Pupil

Development, Curriculum Development, Staff Development, Physical Facilities
Development and Socio Cultural Development;
B. To recognize pupils, teachers and parents who did exemplary performances; and
C. To disseminate the minutes of meeting with the municipal mayor on status of fund
drives payments/supplemental budget for learners this school year .

3. The attendees to this activity are the parents/guardians of pupils from kinder to grade 6.

4. All advisers are requested to be ready with the awardees and awards for their own classes
(specially the parents and other stakeholders) and the statement of expenditures if any.

5. In lieu with this, there shall be a staff conference at 3:30 PM today, September 9, 2019 to
plan for the activity.
6. Dissemination and compliance to the content of this memorandum is enjoined.
