IN OLONGAPO CITY

The necessity of creating a credible name in the food industry is an important thing
especially for those investors who are looking for an industry that creates continuous profit or
income. Marketing strategies is the search and focus on the right product mix in order to achieve
the maximum profit potential and sustain the business. This research determines the marketing
mix of the management of Angel’s Burger in the City of Olongapo. The case study method of
research is used in an organized attempt to analyze, interpret and report the marketing mix used
by the owners. Data were gathered through the use in-depth interview and observation.
Angel’s Hamburger’s customers are most numbered by the age of 18-25, because in that
age, there are the students that like foods that are cheap but tasty. Other customers are raging 26
to 35 but their number is not much as like the first bracket because in this age, majority of them
have works so they more likely want the more expensive and tasty foods. As well as the other age
bracket. In the 20 respondents there are more female than the male because female like food than
male. Single out rules the married individuals in eating foods in Angel’s Hamburger because
Single are most likely students that there is no work yet. While married individual, they will bring
their wife in an expensive restaurant. The top 3 most liked by the customers about Angel’s
Hamburger according to the owner: first, affordability of the products, because Angel’s burger has
a cheaper prices and promos than the other burger business; second, accessibility and visibility;
and lastly, it serves hot and fresh burgers and their buy-1-take-1 promo pricing strategy. With the
help of these marketing strategies, Angel’s Hamburger attracts more customers, always increases
the sales, always gains the business a positive impression from customers, always suits the
business and always increases the chance for customers to repeat their order.
