 E-Web creator refers to the management of projects, which includes but is not limited
to measuring and reporting the status of milestones, tasks & activities required in
achieving the pre-defined project results.
 E web creator it is a one of the IT company project so in this system major parts there
are deal, maintenance and tracking for the customer.
 E-Web creator can also refer to Project Management software, which automates the
tracking of tasks, assignments, events & activities related to the project.
 In this project customer can upload project requirement online.
 Employee like HR (Human Resource Manager) can check the company resources for
the duration like number of project run in company and what time to do this project
and then it can be confirm or reject project.
 And second thing we are check requirement of technically.so our project manager can
give requirement full fill or not in this technology all functionality are possible or not
it check and then give the project confirmation.
 Also we are check our project by cost & terms and condition because of it is a
predominant thing for the project development so without budget matching do not
work start before the confirmation so BDO (Business Development Officer) can
check cost budget and confirm the project.

 Visitor is person who demands for project and want be the customer.
 Visitor needs to fill up the registration form, and the same form will be accepted or
rejected by admin. After getting authentication from admin a visitor will be customer
and can use all the facilities provided to other users like BDO, HR & PM. Following
are the functionalities of visitor module.
 Visitor can view and collect information from homepage of system.
 Request for registration to admin
 Admin

The admin module will be used by the administrator of this Project Tracking System.
Following are the functionalities of admin module.

 First admin need to login in the system to use these functionalities.

 Accept or reject requests like registration forms of visitor for the project.
 After receiving requests, Admin gives respond to users.
 Send approval to users and provide authentication to become customer.
 Can view Details of Employees and can add more details about them.
 Admin can view payment detail.

 Customer

Customer is the person who demands the project and specifies the time, for which he
needs the project back done. If the time is large slot then Customer has to accept the
problems, and partial results. So that, customer could place the new requirements for his
project along with the advancement in the technology used. Following are the
functionalities used by the customer

 After becoming Customer he can login like other users.

 HR (Human Resource Manager)

HR main activity is to provide resources to the project. HR also checks the time sheets and

following functionalities done by HR.

 HR can view all the requested project and also send approval to them
 HR makes schedule of the project.
 HR can add Developer details according to their skills
 HR checks availability of Employees and provide them to PM.

 PM (Project Manager)

The manager from the name itself indicates that to manage the projects. Pm plans the
project and takes requirements from the BDO. Then divides the project into tasks and
assigns those tasks to the developers. pm adds project details and checks the developer’s
details. The following functionalities done by PM:

 PM can check requested project Technology wise and then approve or

unapproved project.
 PM can assign task to Employees.
 PM updates project status that can view BDO, admin and customer.

 BDO (Business Development Officer)

BDO is a person who actually, interacts with the people who are demanding the
projects. .BDO collects all the requirements of their projects and gives them to PM and
takes approval about the project. Following functionalities done by BDO:

 BDO logins to the web Page.

 After login collects requirement of customer.

 Sends requirement to PM and gets approval.

 After that BDO sends approval to customer.

 BDO also send project status updated by PM.

 BDO can check requested project cost wise and approve or unapproved Project.
 BDO can view project status.

 Developer

 Developer deals with the actual coding part i.e. updating the project status and
performs coding according to the time allotted to them. developer then submits the
project status and completed task to the system.

 Developer views the project details and client’s requirements.

 After that developer accepts the task from PM and perform coding according to
the time allocate to each task.

 Developer updates the task status and submits it to the system from where PM
collects the task status and update project status according to each task.

LIMITATION

 The developer can be understood the coding of website in C#.

 The project should have a date line for formulation and implementation.

 Using this system, there will be very less paper work.

 The system is an online system, thus it is dependent on the internet connection.

 The protection of data is also high responsibility, any damage to data may cost
