and technicians, capable of carrying out research, design, consulting and

works management to suit all client’s various needs.

Therefore our engineering department can offer competent and

professional assistance in areas such as the following:

- Hydropneumatic engineering

- piping, hydraulic, pneumatic system

- mechanical works in general

- oilfield equipment upon client’s specific request

- metallic carpentery (silos and metallic structures in general)

- manufacturing studies for the production of casted pieces

Our engineering department uses highly advanced 3D design

technology that allows for virtual

simulations, therefore reducing the possibility

of errors and helps to foresee all modifications and improvements that

need to be made during the design phase.

Our engineering department is capable of carrying

out tests and controls in all areas such as CND

pressure tests and functional tests.

 Adjustable check valve
Check valve used during cementing on
coiled tubing unit. This valve was studied
taking into consideration the volume of
cement used, the depth and abrasive effect
of the cement. The seal elements were
made in rubber and “derlin” to offer a
greater resistance against the abrasive
effect of the cement.

Calibrated Choke for Bridge Plug

System for the reduced flow of the bridge
plug for 9 3/8” and 13 3/8” casing with
reduction to ID = 1/32”(0,8 mm).
Seen the high speed of fluid passage,
tungsten carbide was used for the choke.

Hydraulic Control Box

Hydraulic system pneumatically operated to
actuate downhole safety valves, equipped
with a two variable pressure recorder. The
structure and the components are made of
stainless steel AISI 316 adapt for offshore
usage.

PROTECTOR” for all types of completions.

The experience earned in this field has allowed us to design and build rugged
