1. How does this Pandemic affects your daily fitness activities/routines?
The COVID-19 pandemic brought a huge impact not just in my daily living experience but
also in my physical fitness routine. I always go to gym utilizing my free time but because of lockdown
I need to stay at home and instead just playing online games. I usually meet with my friends and we
used to dance modern dances. Every Saturday night my family used to have night swimming at
Donnel’s Resort or E&D but since then we can’t go out because of the health protocols. Pandemic
has massive effects on the activities I used to have and I continually spend time on unnecessary things
to relieve my boredom. I just hope that everything will be back to normal again.

3. Reflection on my Individual Daily Physical Fitness Plan.


Since Pandemic hasn’t yet concluded and I am experiencing a great shock on being unused
in my schedule I designed my own physical fitness plan. I’ve realized that “Time is Gold” I should
not waste my time and instead plan every single moment of it. At first I’ve been through a lot of
adjustments especially time management for me is really hard I am so lazy following this schedule
and had a hard implementing in my own way.
I just hope that as time passes by I won’t miss any single activity listed in my daily fitness
plan. Though sometimes I used to skip one of it but it helped me a greatly especially in managing my
daily activities. Furthermore, I want to continue this plan in order for me to create changes to become
a responsible student and person.
Even though pandemic affected me in many ways I usually do, this plan made me stand up
and continue the things I want to achieve. Planning things isn’t easily but as long as I am happy doing
it this really matters.
