Have you ever thought what happens if you do not slepp ?

have you ever wondered the importance


to sleeping? Nowadays sleep is often undervaluated, even there are people that thinks that sleep is a
loss of time.

Personally, I think that sleep 8 hours each nigth help you to recovery and of course why not, could
help you to be more successful.

Firstly,  the lack of sleep could derivate a lot of problems. For example  If you do not sleep
sufficient that you need you do not be as productive as always or  you can  probably have a terrible
headhache all day and maybe  fall asleep wherever. In these days people are often running to
everywhere because all be short of time and sleep becomes in something without importance but
sleeping is so important. There a lot of examples of famous people that their have great ideas during
they are sleeping . On the other side sleep as you more as you need has got a lot of benefits.
Probably you will be in a better humor,  you will be full of energy  or you will can think faster and
take better decisions.

To conclude, sleep 8 hours each nigth can help you to be more succesful because our body needs to
rest and the better moment to do it is in the nigth, but sometimes is diffciult due to nowadays it
seems that anybody has time to sleep.

Firstly,  the lack of sleep could RESULT IN a lot of problems. For example,  if you do not
sleep AS MUCH AS you need, you ARE NOT as productive as YOU MIGHT BE or  you can 
probably have a terrible HEADACHE all day, OR EVEN maybe  fall asleep wherever. In these
days people are often running to everywhere because everyone is short IN time, and sleep
becomes in something OF LESSER importance. But sleeping is VITAL. There are a lot of
examples of famous people WHO have had great ideas WHILE they were sleeping . For
example Stephenie Meyer , who wrote  Twilight, CONFESSED in an interview that she
dreamed with a scene of the book and later she took her computer and wrote it. Finally
it TURN INTO not only in one book, but in four SUCCESSFUL books!
On the other HAND, SLEEPING as MUCH as you need has got a lot of benefits. YOU ARE
LIKELY TO be in a better MOOD,  you will be full of energy or you will be able to think faster
and make better decisions.

To conclude, sleep 8 hours each NIGHT can help you to be more SUCCESSFUL because


our body needs to rest and the BEST moment to do SO is AT night, but
sometimes IT is DIFFICULT due to THE FACT THAT nowadays, it seems that NOBODY has
time to sleep.
