But, believe it or not, tattoos are an important part of our global history. From ancient times straight up through our
modern era, people have been tattooing themselves. Sometimes it would be part of a religious tradition, other times it
would be a meaningful cultural expression, and other times it would be purely for fun or aesthetic value.
In these ways, tattooing is like any other process. It developed within many societies and evolved with them —
sometimes organically, and sometimes through collision with another culture. The practice grew, changed and took on
new meanings.
We were very curious to know more about this service and wanted to get some hands-on experience of it . Hence
started exploring the tattoo parlour “Iconic Ink Tattoo” in our vicinity in order to understand who it works , how they
maintain customer relationships , curate memorable experiences for each customer and how they deliver the promises
to customers .

Iconic Ink is delivering their business promises that they make to the customer but other than that they are lacking in design
evidence and customer engagement which are key factors in attracting and retaining the customer .
Since Tattoo industry is a skill based industry it requires evidence of artist capabilities and skills to attract customers . Also it is a
highly referral / recommendation based industry that continuously requires creating a memorable experience for customers
that will last with them forever which will help in increasing the userbase .
