ONLINE ICT TRAINING

GUIDELINES TO PARTICIPANTS

BEFORE TRAINING:
1. Download the Google Meet App for free in your device(s):

a) Android (Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi, Huawei & etc) from Google Play store

2. The Trainer/Coordinator will send you the Google Meet link to join the online
training (at least 3 hours before the training)

3. The Trainer/Coordinator will guide you on the installation of software

according to the course enrolled (at least 3 hours before the training)

4. The Trainer/Coordinator will send you a link to fill your personal details in a
Google Form, including uploading your IC.

5. Ensure that the necessary facilities are ready before class: Computer/Laptop/
Mobile phone/Tablet, with a stable internet access.

ON THE DAY OF TRAINING:
1. Trainees are required to log in half an hour before the training starts. This is to
ensure that you are technically ready for the class.

2. During the training:

a) Group photos will be screenshot twice during each session
b) Personal audio will be muted during the training
c) Trainees may communicate in the class by unmuting personal audio, via
the CHAT function or WhatsApp in group chat
d) Training session will be recorded
e) Trainees’ login & logout activities will be recorded. You are required to
login at least 80% of the class to be considered Present.
f) Certificate of Attendance will be awarded if full attendance is recorded
g) Trainees need to complete an evaluation for quality control purposes
