STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

“Nothing succeeds like success” is a statement that I firmly believe. There may
not be a perfect combination of ingredients that can guarantee success, but there
are some things to achieve success in life. Achievements in life are really
blissful moments in life. Its one of my dream to succeed in my career, so to
achieve success in my career I decided to pursue my masters degree in
Biomedical Science from the Teesside University.
Believing in oneself always helps to reach the pinnacle of success. I am very
glad to introduce myself as an optimistic person, who loves to take challenges in
life. My name is Anitta. T, hails from Kollam, Kerala, India. I have done my
higher secondary education under the Board Of Government Of Kerala (SSLC)
from St. Joseph’s Convent Higher Secondary School, Kerala and pursued my
secondary education under the Board Of Secondary education Government Of
Kerala . I pursued my Bachelors Degree in Microbiology under Amrita
University, Kollam, Kerala, India. Following the completion of my Bachelor of
microbiology from Amrita University, I took the firm and the most important
decision of my life – to do master degree in Biomedical science from any of the
top five countries in the world. The selection of the country, apt course and the
university were the three key components that I had to ponder over. Since my
choice was medical microbiology, after a series of research about the medical
field in India and globally, and consulting with my teachers, I knew that the best
academic opportunities exist in the UK.
UK remains the perfect nation for all abroad training hopefuls who are

the identification, isolation, diagnosis and treatment of pathogenic
microorganisms and also produces beneficial organisms such as yeasts and
some antibiotics. Biologists use knowledge obtained from biomedical sciences
when studying the immune system. Biomedical science plays a significant role
in vaccine production for the majority of the pathogenic organisms. It also deals
with microbial metabolism and numerous other aspects of molecular biology
with regard to the pathogenic microbial world. It also contributes significantly
to the interactions of the organisms to antibiotics, antivirals, antifungal, and
antiparasitic drugs. In a nutshell, it is a study of all the pathogenic
microorganisms and their interactions.
Learning at Teesside University would most likely assist me with invigorating
all my investigative abilities increased through my experience up until this point
and attempt to turn out on progressively pragmatic information picked up at the
University. When I return to my nation of origin, I will work with a presumed
medical association. This Degree will give me a chance to gain more knowledge
about microbiology theory and practice in the real world. I have a strong belief
