(1.0) OBJECTIVE :
The method statement covers the requirement of the all PLUMBING SYSTEM.
To deliver, install, test and commission the Pipe in accordance to the approved drawings and
specification.

(5)Unloading& StorageMethodology:
Enter permission will be obtained from the site authorities prior to entering the lorry
inside the premises where to be unloaded.
Location of unloading area will be finalized with the site authorities before unloading the
machine.
Safety induction and proper PPE’s will be provide for all manpower involving in the
unloading.
Materials from the Lorry/Trailer will be unloaded by using crane with enough man power
with proper PPE's.
The place where the machines to be unloaded will be leveled for proper placement.
The unloading material to be segregated and placed over wooden sleepers in such way
that which will not fall down from the arrangement
After proper arrangement of materials, materials storage area will be barricaded by using
safety caution tape.
All materials shall be properly protected against erosion and water entering in the pipes
and to avoid rusting of pipe

(6 -b)Erection Methodology:
Pipe shall be cleaned before installation.
All tool and tackles to be used after approval from safety team
Before prior to erection of pipes discussed and obtain clearance from civil team and proper
Fix the threaded rod support into insert thread rod nut is tighten into location before laying
pipe.
Pipes shall be attached to or supported from structure using devices as specified or approved
Installed pipe shall be pressure tested and inspected by the Engineer for approval and

(7.1) General :
a) All inspection and testing shall be carried out as per the Specification.
i) All the Personnel Productive equipment shall be wear likehelmet with chin strip,
safety footwear, Goggles & safety gloves and welding aprons at all times when at
site.
ii) Work areas and access way are to be free from debris, materials and all tripping
hazard.
iii) At the time of erection the area will be barricaded for unauthorized entry of persons.
iv) Working area will be barricaded.
v) Well skilled persons are used on erection. Workers to follow all the safety.
ix) To give the proper signal to hydra and scissor lift operators.
x) Non standard procedure must not be adopted in any circumstances banks man must
be provided with all moving vehicles and equipments safe traffic management plan
xi) Specific risk assessments for the sheds work needs to understand by supervisor to
implement.
xii) Process conformation of related activity must done on daily bass KIPL’s safety
xiii) The appropmate illumination shall be provided for working area at night
xiv) Emergency call number shall be pasted on site for contact in emergency.
