Building Construction Company was established in 1999 in Khobar - Saudi Arabia as a general contractor offering construction
services in terms of buildings construction, renovations and infrastructure. BCC is handling various industrial, distribution,
manufacturing, office, retail, recreational, healthcare and commercial projects in various areas in the kingdom.

BCC is a leader in providing value-added construction services to the customers by creating a successful partnership with

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control during the construction process is extremely important in order to safeguard the value of BCC investment.
QA/QC Technical Services personnel can perform checks and tests throughout the construction process, providing the PMO
assurance that the project is being built according to specifications. Steps to establish QA/QC program and plan is achieved by:

• Developing an overview of the entire quality approach and program.


• Developing a quality management plan.
• Developing the responsibilities and authorities matrix of various principles, including environmental and public safety
protection.
• Presence of BCC Quality Assurance Team and Qualifications.
• The Policy and processes of the BCC QA/QC shall outline and describe responsibilities and the required guidelines and
standards, that need to be adhered with by, the subcontractors and the other related.
