SCHOLARSHIP Application Period:

To be eligible to apply for one of the two (2) Shannon Smith St

McCants scholarships, applicants must meet the following criterion:

Florida A&M
• Non-affiliated with Jack and Jill organization (membership)
• Resident of NE Florida (Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau or St. University Pharmacy
Johns counties) Program Participant
• Graduating from an accredited high school with a minimum
unweighted GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Demonstrated plans (via application and acceptance) to SPIRIT Essay
immediately enroll full-time at Florida A&M University and
major in Pharmacy (freshman students only)
• PharmD applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 Scholarship
• Committed to community and civic involvement as
