The aim of this project is to provide safety locker system
to access the telephone line by using smart card.

FUNCTIONAL DISCRIPTION:
In this project serial EPROM 24LC 32 is
Used as an smart card to store the code number. Initially the user has to insert the card
to insert the card to access the telephone. Then the controller reads the code number
from the serial EPROM if it is the right code the controller drives the relay to connect
keyboard to the system to enter the number,if the card is not an proper one it will not
drive the relay so that user can not make use of telephone.
