Construction
Framing
The base box frames (Pine wood) are nailed with 5cm nail or 4cm staple using shouter
connected with butt joint using glue. the seating foundation use spring, lines of twine are
tacked into position and then tied around a spring back to front. Another pair of lines will
run side to side on each row of springs after all the springs have been lashed into position
individually, And covered the side box with the 1cm foam sheet, and covered with
cotton(fabrice) and the bottom with Abugedia (Fabrice) and staple in place on the bottom
edge.
Corner Seat
Nail the back (Pine wood) together with 5cm nail or 4cm staples using shouter. Use glue
and adjust for square. And attach the 3mm plywood to the back with 3cm nail. covered in
plywood with the 1cm foam sheet and cotton(fabrice) staple in place on the bottom edge.

Assemble
screwing the Base box to the back, through the back boards into the supports in the back of
the sofa. Use the 3cm screws. Screw four leg (Wooden leg.) at the corner of base frame.

Upholstery (Pillow (size 60cm x 50cm) 1 Piece)

The base pillows accordance with the design sewed square box, cut fabric with the
dimension of the base foam, and creating a box, but leaving an opening to insert foam.
Stuff with loose stuffing. Stitch a synthetic rope 25cm from the bottom all over the base
farme Hand stitch open seam closed.
