      PROBLEM and OPPORTUNITY

European Union moves to ban Single-Use plastic completely by the year 2021, to promote and
fully implement ecological waste management. The Most common Single-Use Plastics found are
carrying bags, plastic drinking bottles, plastic cups, food wrappers, plastic sachets etc.
Since the 1950s, the production of plastic has outpaced that of almost every other material. Most
of this waste is generated in Asia, while America, Japan and the European Union are the world’s
largest producers of plastic packaging waste per capita. Only nine per cent of the nine billion
tonnes of plastic the world has ever produced has been recycled.
To weigh possible solutions to the current crisis, We rise to give a potentially sustainable
solution to plastic cups, which not only are reusable and customizable but also positively relate
to environmental impact assessment.

2. The Value Proposition

1.      Providing a greener solution for serving beverages at events – We have to move
towards profitable and more environment sustainable future when it comes to cater to
significant environmental complications around us. We Committed to solve the huge problem of
disposable cups.
2.     Providing event organizers with an alternative source of revenue - A series of
robust research demonstrates that a reusable cup is the better environmental option compared
to a disposable PET cup after more than 3 uses in many cases. Organisers using reusable cups
report very positive audience feedback about the dramatic reduction in litter.
3.     Affordability- The business case for using reusable cups varies considerably depending on
scale and type of event, and the service provider, but in most cases there can be costs savings
and/or revenue gain, proving a net gain compared to using disposable cups. This will, however,
very much depend on the arrangements in place, for example, if the cups are provided at no cost
by the bar contractor or sponsor, there will not be an associated saving.
4. Untapped Market - The global disposable cups market size was valued at USD 11.88 billion
in 2020 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.2% from 2021
to 2028. Reusable alternatives to such wasteful single-use plastics are on the rise across the
globe. And this unexplored untapped business potential of the reusable cup market can become
a universal change.

5. A turnkey solution for event organizers. - Most events are aiming to find the right
balance between covering the costs of managing the re-useable cup system, satisfying sponsors,
retaining the majority of cups for re-use and minimizing losses. An optimal system is one where
a deposit is charged for the first cup used and a small number of branded cups are provided
compared to the generic stock; most of which will be retained by the audience. This balances
costs and helps to realise the environmental benefits.

3.     TECHNOLOGY MADE SIMPLE – THE TECH IDIOTS EXPLANATION – HOW
IT WORKS

A tech-savvy generation is open to competitiveness and it is quite adaptable. Its Process is easy
to understand. Let’s Have a look:
Every cup will have an RFID unique chip which will be used for the deposit system and helps to
collect the deposit for the drink and the cup, The deposit system includes multiple vending
machines spread all across the event area, where the machine scans the RFID chip, and when
the cup is returned, the deposit to the customer will be refunded. It avoids long queues in major
public events and helps event organizers to automate all the system without using any cash to
refund the deposit.

The whole process is very fast and easy to access and it is not limited to cups but extends to
other reusable items and replacing every plastic source used in groceries, such as boxes, sachets
etc.

It only needs a Clear and visible explanation of the environmental benefits of reusable cup
systems that enhances perception, engagement and ultimately increases the percentage of
returned cups.

This technology-driven innovation is aimed to find the right balance between managing the re-
useable cup system, satisfying sponsors, retaining the majority of cups for re-use and
minimising losses. In every sense, it is a beneficial and cost-effective strategic model.

4.     BUSINESS MODEL

Relationship between the Event organizer and our Company
1. Event organizer places order for rental cups - Most event organisers choose a ‘service’ model
with their supplier; renting cups as part of their contract which includes washing stations onsite
or offsite as well.

2. We deliver cups in 2 formats (Generic & Custom) - The balance between the number of
custom-designed and generic cups is an important consideration from both a financial and
environmental perspective.

Generic cup: Cups that will be returned to us on completion of the event for further use at
other events.
Custom cup: Cups that are branded and created for that specific event and could be
reused for the same event next year.
3. We ship cups along with the collecting machines and once an event is finished, the machines
are sent back to our warehouse.

Relationship between the Event organizer and end-user

1. Event organizer charges a 3 Euro deposit fee for cups which is included in the ticket price
2. Customers are allowed to collect their first cup for free at the event by showing their ticket.
3. Ticket is stamped to show that a cup has been collected.
4. Customer can use the cup throughout the event and while leaving deposit the cup at the
deposit machines to collect the refund of 3 Euro deposit.

becomes affordable and accessible. The relevant market projections coupled with in-depth
analysis of customer experience, market size and intelligent solutions will maximise the
potential of reusable cups to the optimum and turns. More particularly, the beverage market is
expanding at its own pace and has grown dramatically over two decades. Hence, Global
consumption of Reusable cups is going to continue to grow and develop as a potential emerging
