As a college student, we must demonstrate a good personality that we need in order to become a role
model to our fellow classmate/friends. As a student, how will you influence your peers to exemplify a
good personality

As a college student for me you always accept and admit when you're wrong and being a positive
attitude is a hugely important part of personal and professional relationships and show respect to our
fellow college student. Don’t be afraid to be unique. Whatever you choose to do with your life, be proud
of the person you’ve become, even if that means accepting some ridicule. You want role models who
won’t pretend to be someone they are not, and won’t be fake just to suit other people. Communicate
and interact with everyone. Good communication means listening as well as talking. People are
energized by leaders who explain why and where they are going. Be Genuine letting some of your
personal passions show will encourage pupils to pursue their interests. Many students can feel very self-
conscious about their interests and this can stifle their creativity. By letting even a small amount of your
interests show through, you can encourage pupils to embrace their individuality and pursue their
interests.
