Entrance Test (ET) Selection Process Details

Entrance Test will be conducted through METTL Platform. Instructions and mock exam links
will be sent to your REGISTERED EMAIL ID.

and stable internet connection is available during the Entrance Test.

Micro Presentation and Personal Interview (MP_PI) Selection Process Details

ONLINE through Google Meet.
Please ensure that you LOGOUT from all other email ids before joining the Google Meet.
Join the meet at least 15mts before the scheduled time.
Candidates with email ids other than GMAIL, please ensure to SWITCH ACCOUNT and join only
through the alternate GMAIL EMAIL id you have provided while uploading the documents
before logging into Google Meet.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the camera, microphone, power back up

Please check the SPAM/JUNK folder for the Google calender invite, in case you have not
received at least 12 hours before the date and time mentioned in the Admit card.
Requests for rescheduling will not be honored.

Instructions to candidates:
1. Entrance Test will be conducted through METTL Platform. Instructions and mock exam links will be sent to your
REGISTERED EMAIL ID one day before the selection process. You will receive an email from admin.mettl@mercer.com for
participation in the test. Please check your SPAM and JUNK folder in case you are not able to locate the email in the inbox.
Kindly take the mock test to avoid technical dif iculties during the actual exam.

2. A Google calendar invite for attending MP_PI will be sent at least one day before the selection process. The invite will be
sent to both your registered email id and the alternate Gmail email id you had given during document upload. Candidates
with email ids other than GMAIL, please ensure to SWITCH ACCOUNT to the alternate GMAIL EMAIL id you have provided
while uploading the documents before logging into Google Meet. Please check the SPAM/JUNK folder for the Google

calender invite, in case you have not received at least 12 hours before the date and time mentioned in the Admit card.

3. Kindly report online through the link sent by a Google calendar invite. Login atleast 15mts before the scheduled time to
avoid last-minute technical glitches. All ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS should be kept ready for veri ication during the selection
process.

4. The date and time for the selection process are auto-generated by the system. Therefore, any request for changes will
not be entertained.

5. Candidates must show the original Government recognized photo identity card (Aadhar card/Passport/Voter
ID/Recent College ID card) for attending the online selection process. Failing which the application will be considered as
“Not Selected”.

6. All original Class 10, Class 11/12 marks card should be available for veri ication during the personal interview round.

7. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will be considered as “Not Selected”.

8. Impersonation or any suspicious behaviour (prompting by a third person or accessing notes/gadgets) will be treated as
malpractice and the application will be termed as “Not Selected”.

9. Candidate must prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process.

10. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student / candidate. Issue of the E-
Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satis ied.

11. Selected candidates must process their admission within the stipulated date and time given on the e-admission card, by
paying the fee and submitting the above mentioned original documents for veri ication.

CHRIST (Deemed to be University) reserves the right to change/alter the dates or timing at any given time during the application/selection
process.

Candidates should note that their candidature is provisional. The mere fact that a selection process admit card has been
issued to a candidate will not imply that CHRIST (Deemed to be University) has inally accepted his/her candidature.
Candidates may note that the veri ication of essential eligibility conditions of a candidate concerning the documents as may
be called for, will be taken up at any time during the admission process. In all matters, the decision of CHRIST (Deemed to
be University) as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the selection process or his/her subsequent
qualifying shall be inal. Any attempt on the part of a candidate to obtain support for his/her candidature by any means
may disqualify him/her for admission. A candidate who is found guilty of impersonation or of submitting fabricated
documents or documents which have been tampered with or of making statements which are incorrect or false or of
suppressing material information or otherwise resorting to any other irregular or improper means for obtaining
admission, or of using or attempting to use unfair means or of misbehaviour may also to rendering himself liable to
criminal prosecution, be debarred by CHRIST (Deemed to be University) from this and future selection process.
