[Meaning] [Actions to take]

When actual E/L speed exceeds 8m/min, and E/L filtered
for 160msec is below speed of 0.3m/min.

1.Check R/E wiring.

1) Check 40T1 16 ~21 within control panel terminal for wiring
[Diagram]
status.
2) Check for any disconnection in terminal pressure section or
JJH_Velocity>=8/60 CUR_V_0 connection status in the middle of wiring.

Check DC15V between pin 17 to 18 of 40T1.

3. Check speed data.

Check if detected speed values vary according to
speed change. (Enter ‘A87E’ on ANN to check the speed
detected by Run CPU and Speed CPU)

4.Check R/E output pulse wave form.

1) ØA Wave: 40T1/22~40T1/21

TCD169 Check for any pulse breakdown and, if any found, replace R/E.

5. R/E heating test(When the error is not reproduced)
Repeating high-speed running, check the temperature
increase status in main body and ØA,ØB wave form with
oscilloscope.

6. Counter plan for unknown origin.

1) Replace R/E(It is necessary to separate SNAP RING.).
2) Replace and check DOC-200 and DPC-1XX PCB.
