I think the use of GMO is ethical since it is something that many scientists around the world have proven

to work and continues to help us and the world. It is hard to decide at what extend should scientists be
able to experiment with this technology because it has good and bad consequences. Letting scientists use
the technology for every experiment they want could be a problem since you never know the people and
what is there objective, they could use the technology for something really bad. In the other hand it would
also be good since there is more scientists trying new things and we could discover things that could help
the world in many different ways.

GMO has been used so far in many ways. Is has been used to cure diseases, Modify species, Find world
solutions, create better foods, and a lot more things. Scientists keep working to use this technology. Right
know they mostly have the idea of what they are going to be able to do with the technology, make people
younger, end diseases forever, choose your kid’s gender and a lot of more things. I think they are
applications of this technology that are a lot more ethical than others. For example CRISPR which has
proven to helped a lot to humanity and the environment which I think it is the most advances with this
technology.

As I can imagine there is probably many opinions about GMO since it is a big part of the future. I think
many people feel mostly excited since there is a lot of good things happening thanks to this technology,
but other people could feel scared since it would be a totally different world and there could be other
major bad consequences thanks to their technology. I respect both ideas since I feel the same way, excited
but scared.

As I said before there are positive and negative impact. Nowadays GMO hasn’t really impacted but it will
in a few years. Some negative impacts would be:
 What someone bad could do with this technology.
 Damage to the environment
 Help produce more diseases
 Dangerous experiments
 New species
 Modified species

As I said the negative impacts will be known in the future and we still don’t know the long – term
impacts.

The positive impacts really depend on what type of GMO you are talking but here are some.
 New technology
 End to diseases
 Modified species.
 Healthier food and animals.
There is of course more. However I think GMO is really interesting since we still don’t really know what
is bring to this world and I hope this helps us in many different ways.
