Project Background
We want to understand the personal banking experience of young millennials for and Indonesian bank.

Research Objective
The main objective is to discover the user’s motive to using a particular banking system consecutively and also learn
about the pain points they encounter with these banking systems. Also, we would uncover the most used banking
system to understand what they do right or wrong.
