COURSE OUTLINE
This course will provide a conceptual and operational understanding of all the key aspects of
Management service functions, including HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Marketing, and others etc.
This course examines the role of the management consultant and how the consulting industry
serves to enhance the effectiveness of the organizations it serves. Students will see the industry
from both perspectives, both as future consultants on a career-path to partner and as future
industry managers looking to get the most from their use of external resources. This interactive
course introduces students to the growing field of management consulting.
Mid Term
Methodology:
Class time is taken up with discussion, small group assignments and lecture that are punctuated with
questions that will force the student to take a position and justify that position.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

required.
During this course we will share National and International Companies Documents, Market
Surveys and Processes.
Individual Based Assignments, Group Projects.
