Dear Onboarding Manager,

I hereby acknowledge that I have received the Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Data
Protection agreement, and read all the clauses of the said agreement. I declare and agree that
I am required to comply with the obligations described therein and failure to do so may
subject me to action as per the terms and conditions of the offer of employment issued to me
and accepted by me and as per the relevant Company Policies.

I certify that the information furnished by me in this content is factually correct and subject
to verification by TCS (including Reference Check & Background Verification). I also declare
that I am neither involved in any civil and/or criminal case/s nor are there any charge/s or
enquiry pending against me in any jurisdiction, prior to joining TCS. I accept that an
appointment given to me on this basis can be revoked and / or terminated without any notice
at any time in future if any information has been found incorrect, misleading, or deliberately
omitted / suppressed. Furthermore, I understand and accept my obligations under the Service
Agreement which requires me to serve the organization at least for 12 months failing which I
shall be liable to pay liquidated damages as most specifically stated therein. TCS reserves the
rights to revoke / terminate my employment if I abscond from the organisation or hold
employment from another organisation.

I also understand that I am required to submit the duly signed hard copies of all the
attachments on the day of joining/date of reporting to TCS offices. I also certify that I am at
present in sound mental and physical condition to undertake employment with TCS.
