If you wish to accept our offer please follow the below steps and complete your acceptance within 10 days, starting
from 12.09.2021. If you do not complete your acceptance within 10 days, it will be assumed that you do not wish to
accept the offer and it will be withdrawn.

Step 1: International applicants are required to forward a deposit of 1000 USD towards their tuition fees to secure
their place. The deposit payment should be made to the following bank account via bank transfer.

As part of the wire transfer process, please make sure to state your name, surname, passport number and
application code which is “1f8246b6” while making the transfer. Without this information your payment cannot
be tracked!

Please make sure to pay the wire transfer fees separately at the bank. Otherwise, the Bank deducts the transfer fee
from 1000 USD automatically.

Let us highlight a few key points to make sure the process goes smoothly for you:
a) Please note that the payment is refundable only in case your visa application is denied. You will be able to get
your payment back; however, you are supposed to prove your visa rejection through documents you receive from
the Turkish Embassy\Consulate in your country. Additionally, University will confirm the document, which is provided
by you, from the Turkish Embassy\Consulate in your country. The refund will be made within 2 months after
submitting the visa refusal proof. Bank's outgoing transfer charge will be deducted from the correspondent
(intermediary) bank charges. Student/beneficiary will receive the remaining balance. Any other excuse for not
finalizing the registration will not be accepted for refund request.
b) The pre-payment will be valid for registration only for one year for those who didn’t complete the registration due
to visa rejection or another reason.
c) The refund of the pre-payment will be transferred to the name of person/company who made the pre-payment. In
order to make the refund to another account, the written and official application of the sender is mandatory.

Step 2: After making the deposit payment, please send the proof of payment (transfer swift), within 10 days, starting
from 12.09.2021 to the following e-mail address: iso@beykoz.edu.tr
Once we receive the proof of payment, we will then issue you with an official acceptance letter. With that
acceptance letter, you may apply for a student visa to the nearest Turkish Embassy/Consulate. Please note that you
are responsible for obtaining the visa by using the official documents you have been provided by the University. The
University holds no responsibility for the visa application process.

Please be informed that the final registration date for the Fall Semester of academic year of 2021-2022
is 15.09.2021. Any student who has not completed the registration by this date will not be able to
register for the mentioned academic year.

Please note that this offer letter cannot be used as a proof of acceptance in visa applications, without an official
acceptance letter attached to it.

Required documents for registration as follows:

Original Undergraduate Diploma must be attested by HEC or the Consulate of the country (a copy translated
to Turkish and endorsed by a notary)
Original Undergraduate Transcript must be attested by HEC or the Consulate of the country (a copy
translated to Turkish and endorsed by a notary)
Recognition of Bachelor’s Diploma from Council of Higher Education in Turkey (YÖK).
Photocopy of the relevant pages of your passport
Education Visa (will be obtained from Turkish Embassy/Consulate)
6 Recently Taken Passport-Size Photos
Tuition Payment Receipt of the Programme (Totatl tuition fee of the programme must be completed before
registration)
Language Proficiency Certificate
• For programmes in English: TOEFL Score (If you don’t have this certificate you can take English
Proficiency Exam at Beykoz University or you can study one year English Prep School)
• For programmes in Turkish: TÖMER B2 Level Certificate (If you don’t have this certificate you can
take Turkish Proficiency Exam at BEYKOZTÖMER in order to obtain the certificate)

Başvuru sürecinin en kolay şekilde tamamlanması için dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar:
a) Ön ödemenin iadesi sadece vize reddi koşulunda mümkündür. Vize başvurunuzun reddedildiğini, ülkenizdeki
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçiliği/Konsolosluğundan alacağınız belgelerle kanıtlamanız durumunda ödemeniz geri
verilebilir. Üniversite ayrıca beyan ettiğiniz bu belgeyi ilgili Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçiliği/Konsolosluğundan teyit
edecektir. İade belgeyi ibraz etmenizin ardından 2 ay içinde yurtdışı banka/bankaların masrafları transfer tutarının
içinden kesilerek ve bedel lehdara kesintili ulaşacak şekilde yapılacaktır. Bunun dışında başka bir mazeretten dolayı
kaydınızı yaptırmaz iseniz ödemeniz iade edilmeyecektir.
b) Vizesi reddedilen ya da başvurduğu akademik yıl kayıt olmayan uluslararası öğrencilerin yapmış oldukları ön
ödeme maksimum 1 yıl geçerlidir.
c) Ön ödemenin iadesi, ödemeyi öğrenci adına Üniversite hesaplarına yatıran kişi/kuruma yapılır. Farklı bir hesaba
iade yapılabilmesi için ödemeyi yapan kişi/kurumun yazılı başvurusu gereklidir.

2. Adım: Ön ödemesini gerçekleştiren öğrencilerin, ödemeye dair dekontu belirtilen e-posta adresine 12.09.2021
tarihinden başlayarak 10 gün içerisinde e-posta ile iletmeleri gerekmektedir: iso@beykoz.edu.tr
Ön ödeme dekontunun tarafımıza ulaşır ulaşmaz resmi kabul mektubu düzenlenip tarafınıza gönderilecektir. Resmi
kabul mektubu ile öğrenciler kendilerine en yakın Türkiye Büyükelçiliği veya Konsolosluğundan “Öğrenim Meşruhatlı
Vize” başvurusunda bulunabilirler.
Lütfen unutmayınız, üniversitenin size gönderdiği belgelerle vizenizi almaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Üniversitenin
vize başvuru işlemleri konusunda hiçbir sorumluluğu yoktur.
Beykoz Üniversitesi 2021-2022 Güz Yarı Yılı kayıtları için 15.09.2021 son tarihtir. Bu tarihten sonra kayıt
olmaya gelen öğrencilerin kaydı alınmayacaktır

Bu teklif mektubu, ilişiğinde resmi bir kabul mektubu sunulmadığı takdirde vize başvurularında kullanılamaz ve
değerlendirilemez.

Lisans diplomasının aslı ve noter onaylı Türkçe tercümesi (Lisans diploması ilgili ülke Eğitim Bakanlığı ya da
