UNDERSTANDING INCOME SHARING AGREEMENT (ISA)

Income sharing agreement is a form of deferred tuition fees where we cover the tuition fee upfront to acquire
Digital Marketing skills needed in today’s job market and then we provide career and job-matching services to
help land a decent paying job. When beneficiaries get the job, they start to pay back the tuition fees, repayment
is based on post-graduation income and are capped at the tuition fees with no interest.

By default all Income Sharing Agreements become due and payable after 6 months of signing this agreement
unless proven that you are still unemployed even after fulfilling the job guarantee obligation in our income share
agreement. Obligor (beneficiary) will provide us with proof which may include their bank statement of account for
income verification purposes.

The Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) is capped at tuition fees of ₦80,000, so beneficiaries never pay back more
than that for any reason except penalties from repayment defaults and false information.

Income Share Agreement is specifically for unemployed young women within the ages of 20 years and 35 years
however, if the obligor (beneficiary) give false information on the status of employment and it is discovered that
obligor is employed then obligor will be required to pay the ISA Tuition of ₦80,000 with a default penalty
payment of ₦50,000.

Once beneficiaries complete the payment period or reach the payment cap, they are 100% free from any
financial obligation to us.

Note: Instead of an income share agreement, a student can opt to pay tuition upfront at a sum of ₦50,000 and
save ₦30,000 from the tuition fees.

UNDERTAKING

1. The Guarantor shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Obligor repays the tuition fees
being the ISA repayment cap in accordance with the terms of the Income Sharing Agreement (ISA)
and to cooperate with Digital Marketing Skill Institute Services Limited in collecting any installment
due for ISA repayment together with any penalties accrued under the terms of the Income Sharing
Agreement (ISA)

2. If the Obligor defaults in paying to the Digital Marketing Skill Institute Services Limited any ISA
repayment, then I would indemnify the Digital Marketing Skill Institute Services Limited against the
tuition fees being the ISA repayment cap including but not limited to all cost expended towards
recovering the ISA repayment and penalties.

3. The guarantor shall not have the right to withdraw from this guarantee without first obtaining the Digital
Marketing Skill Institute Services Limited’s consent in writing provided that there are no outstanding
liabilities on the part of the guarantor.

4. Notwithstanding the modification to the terms of the Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) so as to extend
the repayment periods or so as to increase or decrease the amount of periodic payments, the Guarantor
shall remain bound by the obligations set out in this Guarantor's Agreement. This guarantee shall be
continuous and the liability of the guarantor shall remain irrevocable until the full tuition is paid back
being the ISA repayment cap.

5. The Guarantors authorize Digital Marketing Skill Institute Services Limited to verify their identity
using a number of sources, including but not limited to, consumer reporting agencies, third party
databases, credit bureau registrars, public sources and others.

6. I declare that all particulars and information given in the above form are true, correct and complete and
that they shall form the basis of Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) to be availed from Digital
Marketing Skill Institute Services Limited.

7. I confirm that I have read the content of the offer letter and understood the terms and conditions properly
before giving my consent to stand as a guarantor.
