We all know that physical exercise is really


important. We're all told to do regular
physical exercise to improve our health and
physical appearance, but we're not told
that physical exercise also help us to
stabilize our mental health and to give us
more focus to do a lot better in the long run
of our report you'll notice that it is not just
for physical appearance but also for our mental
health. My name is Jhon Vhancel J. Gerongca And
i will report 2 topics which is Physical Fitness
Test Objectives and benefits of health and
wellness physical activity.

ang physical fitness test ay isang pamamaraan
upang matukoy kung gaano kaangkop ang
pangangatawan ng isang tao. Ito rin ay
tumutulong upang mabigyan ng maayos at angkop
na konsultasyon ang isang tao na nagnanais
na mapabuti ang pangkalahatan niya kalusugan.
mahalaga rin ito upang maiwasan ang mga injury
na maaaring makasama sa isang tao.

yourself and how you operate and improve those
weaknesses. Dito kapag nalaman na natin kung
ano ang lakas at kahinaan natin maari na tayong
gumawa ng hakbang kung papaano natin iiimprove
ang mga ito pupwede tayong mag umpisa sa
kahinaan natin pwede natin itong i overcome
at pwede din naman na magsimula tayo kung saan
tayo malakas at mas i polish pa natin ito.

So in number 3 baseline data information helps


to assess the effect of the activities and to
compare what happens before and after the
physical activities that has been implemented.
Dito mo na makikita kung nag improve kanaba
o kung gaano na kalaki ang inimprove mo for
example kung dati ay nakaka 10 reps kalang and
then now is kaya mo nang maabot ang 20 reps or
more makikita rito na effective ang mga
activities na ginagawa mo and mapagkukumpara mo
sila sa mga nagdaang activities na ginawa mo.

In number 4 Collecting development data allows


analyse important information of norms and
standards about existing and potential norms.
Dito inaanalize mo na yung mga nagawa mong
importante for example is yung PR
mo or personal record mo na nakakapag deadlift
kana ng 150 kg and then kaya mo pa siya up to
200 kg maari mo itong i input as an imporntant
info mo.

And then lastly Regular physical activity can


help in setting tough goals and directing the
energy and effort to achieve those goals and
also help students improve the body. It helps
to improve cardiovascular health and develop
muscular strength.Dito malalaman na natin kung
ano ba ang naidudulot sa atin ng palaging pag
eehersisyo na kung saan kahit maraming mahirap
o mabigat na gawain ay hindi agad mapapagod ang
ating mga katawan at mas ma eexecute pa natin
ang maayos gawain ang mga ito.

the benefits of health and wellness physical
activity Can someone read the number 1-6?

In number 1 Exercise promotes circulation and


strengthens the heart. The increased blood flow
boosts your body's oxygen levels. This can
help you avoid heart illnesses including
excessive cholesterol, coronary artery disease,
and heart attacks. Yes need natin mag exercise
not just to have better body but also to be
healthy para hindi narin tayo dapuan ng iba't
ibang sakit. For example sa mga obesse na tao
hindi sila nag eexercise and hindi proper
yung pagkain nila kaya naman nagkakaroon sila
ng iba;t ibang uri ng sakit.

Second is Physical exercise also increases the


production of many brain chemicals that make
you feel happier, more relaxed, and less
nervous. Regular exercise may also help you
feel better about yourself and your looks,
which can raise your confidence and self-esteem.
Kung gusto mo ng better physic do some
excercise, lift some weight and have a proper
nutririon know your calorie intake and also
track your macros like carb, protein and etc.

Third is Regular exercise is one of the


simplest and most effective strategies to
enhance focus, motivation, memory, and mood
while reducing the symptoms of ADHD. Hindi
physical appearance ng iniimprove ng pag
eehersisyo pati narin yung mental mo just like
me kapag pagod na sa school works and work
i'll just lift weight do jogging and then na
rerelaxed na ako na iimprove ko na yung mood ko
and mas feel ko na na mas magagawa ko ng maayos
yung mga task na ibinigay saakin.

Then number 4 Blood flow to the heart, lungs,


and blood arteries is improved by physical
exercise. With regular aerobic exercise, your
heart muscles develop stronger. You'll notice
that you have more energy to accomplish the
activities you like and that you're not as
exhausted as you used to be. Regular physical
activity also helps to maintain the strength
of your bones and muscles.Kagaya nga ng sinabi
ko kanina mas marami kang magagawang bagay kung
physically active ka and mas magagampanan mo
yung mga bagay na yun ng mas maayos at ma
eenjoy mo pa yung buhay mo sino ba namang mag
eenjoy kung sa simpleng laro niyo lang ng mga
kaibigan mo ay pagod kana that's why physical
exercise is very important.

Then number 5 being physically active you gain


enough strength and stamina to be able to
attend meetings without wasting time and be
able to handle well without hesitation.
Halimbawa nalang kapag inutusan ka ng nanay mo
ng sunod sunod may pinabili sayo sa labas, may
pinakuha sa taas, at pinabuhat kapa ng mabigat
paano mo magagawa ang lahat ng iyon kung hindi
ka physically active in the end mapapagod
kalang agad and magrereklamo at sasabihin mo
sayo nalang lahat inuutos and ang mas malala
ay papagalitan kapa ng nanay mo kaya be
physically active to handle those kind of
situation.

And lastly number 6 Your body gradually loses


its strength, stamina, and capacity to operate
correctly if you do not engage in regular
physical activity. Muscle strength improves
with exercise, which improves your capacity
to conduct other physical tasks.Hindi masamang
mag simulang mag exercise ng bata pa para din
ito satin in the future na kung saan magkaka
edad na tayo at sa edad na yun doon na papasok
yung iba't ibang sakit na mararamdaman natin
pero kung ikaw ay naging phyically active with
a proper nutrition nung bata kapa ay maari
nating malimitahan ang mga sakit na iyon kaya
habang bata ka pa kumilos kana.
