Introduction

Material cost is the cost of materials used to manufacture a


product or provide a service. Excluded from the material cost is
all indirect materials, such as cleaning supplies used in the
production process.

The cost of labour is the amount of all salaries paid to the


workers, as well as the employee benefits and payroll taxes
charged by an employer.
The labour rates vary from place to place

The construction Equipment segment is mainly catering to road


construction equipment. This segment includes backhoe loader,
excavator, soil compactor, tractor loader, tandem roller, concrete
mixer, concrete pump, dumper tipper, generator, skid loader,
some small equipment is there used in the road industry.

CONCLUSION
 The demand for goods might vary strongly with the price. Because of this, it is
possible for a small price reduction to lead to a big increase in sales. It is often
better to sell many pieces at a low price rather than to sell a few pieces at a
high price. A cost calculation will quickly show which alternative is best.

 The selling price should be higher than the production costs, but low enough so that
the price is attractive to your customers and competitive with other producers and
other products.
