problems including the Covid-19 pandemic. Numerous
milktea shop has been forced to close up ever since the
pandemic become worse. Many Milk tea shop goers
were not ready for this type of sudden changes in their
usual needs.Work- from – home set-up became the
optimistic choices for both business and employees .
Milk tea is still their staple when it comes to jump –
starting their day at home , and the safest way to enjoy
the good quality and accessible milktea whileworking,
studying is to have it delivered into your respective
houses.

The civic brews aims to become one of the
successful online milk tea shop in the Makati
Area . It is a both virtual and one spot milk tea
shop that serves those who wants refreshing
and healthy milk teaduring in time of a hot
weather, while staying at home .

types of creation varies to the country of origin. The

engagement rate. The civic brew business is quite
small to become a building business for people to
stay and enjoy so it decided to become a delivery

have classes in those hours.

We also gonna argue a lot as we don’t have much experience

milktea as we don't have the experience to make
our own custom milk tea.

We don’t have the ability to go outside to make the


deliveries so we have to make use of a online business
to have our product delivered productively for us
during this pandemic

The people we target are teens and young adults
who love milktea and coffee, the objection of this
business is we need to go online or promote our
business online so people will easily know the
increase of our sales online by 20% within 5 months
and can sales 30% off of our product physically and
also we can promote it in social media like on our
Facebook Page : The Civic Brews Milk Tea House
and also in our vlog and infograph by assigning
someone in our social media vlog and infograph so
our target person will easily to know.
Financial Plan

In this time of pandemic we choose to make a milk tea


shop were you will just to order and where you can leave
or go immediately and enjoy our milktea, to this kind of
process of buying a milk tea for our shop , there is a lower
chances that you might get infected from the virus . to
successfully accomplish this plan we need a lot of money
that goes around to 50k – 60k to this estimated budget it
includes all the materials and ingredients, equipments, etc.
that we need for our milktea shop.
