Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate
quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The inside sales
executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, up-selling and cross-
selling to existing customers. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and
competitors' products.

To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving
sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing inside sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong
negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.

Major Responsibilities
● Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the S.A.L.E.S process
and by mystery company standards.
● Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales
service.
● Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.
● Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
● Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
● Responsive for customer queries.
● Conscious to build official relationships with new customers.
● Processing customers' receive services and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the
timely delivery of services.
● Advising customers on suitable service selection based on their needs and specifications.
● Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the
purchasing process.
● Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats,
emails, and inbound calls.
● Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures and policies.
● Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management
(CRM) software.
● Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and rotational week-offs including evenings
and weekends.
● Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
● A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Term & Conditions

 You are requested to report for duty on time 11am to 6pm at HEALTH HEART PATH
LAB.
 You should be disciplined and dedicated towards work.
 Irregular Attendance will not be acceptable during Training period.
 Your Training will be unpaid for 7 days.
 Your Training period will be Judgmental.
 Your Joining will be depend on your Mock-Call. If you clear your mock test then HR will
inform to you for joining.
 After completing your Training will be informed for joining by company’s HR.
 If you will complete your 1 month after joining then you are eligible for payout, if you will
quit before 1 month, so In this case, company will not release any payout.
 If you want to resignation from your position, In this case you have to be serve notice
period atleast for 1 month. During your notice period you cannot take any extra off.
