Customers details:
 To view the Customers, click on the Customer tab in the left side menu
bar.

 In Customer tab you can view the Customer name related to your
business operation.

 To find a Customer name, click on search option and write the name of
Customer you want to find.

 To upload an file of Customer to your business account, click on import


button in Customer page and select the file then upload it.

 After clicking on Import button, choose the file and click on upload
button to upload the file.

 To download excel template format of customer file, clicking on the link


(Need an excel template) and then download excel template to your
account.

 After downloading the Customer excel format, it will display as below

 To add new Customer to your account, click on Add new button in


Customer page and fill the Customer details such (Basic Info, Billing
Address, Shipping Address etc).

 BASIC INFORMATION: such as (Name, Email, Phone number, customer


billing number) etc.

 BILLING ADDRESS: (Such as Street Address, Suburb/City, State, post


Code, Country,) etc

 SHIPPING ADDRESS: (such as Street Address, Suburb/City, State, Post


Code, Country,) etc. or you can enable (use same as billing) if the billing
address and shipping address is same of the Customer.

 After successfully filling the customer detail (such as Basic Information,


Billing Address and Shipping Address) then click on the save button to
save the customer details.

 After adding new customer. You can view the (new added) Customer in
the Customers list on the Customer Tab in the left side menu bar.

 To edit the Customer detail, click on the name of the Customer you want
to edit, then fill the Customer details such as Basic Info, Billing Address,
Shipping Address etc. then click on save button to save the details.

 To delete a Customer from your Business account, click on the name of


the Customer you want to delete, after that click on the delete button
on top right corner in the Customers details.

 After editing the customer detail (such as Basic Information, Shipping


Address, and billing Address) then click on activity option to view a
particular customer’s activity.

 In Customer Activity you can view Customer details such as (Cash Sales,
Credit Sales, Payments and Balance) as well as Filter option also.

 To view a Customer’s Activity by particular (Year Month or Quarter) click


on the Filter option and select the (Year, Month, and Quarter) filter as
per your preference and click on Apply button.
