this had also led to feeling energetic and not moody throughout the day. On the third day there

was a notice that there was not a feeling of bloatedness around the abdomen as well the feeling

of being full all day long and because of this there was no need to eat more than what was

needed. Once the fourth day ended, there was not much in class throughout the day, also with

noticing there was brightening on the skin, this had made the feeling of peace come to light. One

the last day the weight scale said there was a weight loss of four pounds lost from the last time it

was measured and by this there were some results in drinking lemon water every morning. From

this the subject of the whole experiment soon realized that this had led to a major advantage and

was beneficial since the beginning. Whether or not the drink had tasted sour and not something a

person would drink, it had come to grant changes from within oneself.

Overall, by the week it ended with the body feeling more energized, having more of a

positive attitude throughout the day, a deduction of being tired in the day, weight loss, as well as

clearness in the skin. Due to the general chemical contained in lemons, toxic compounds can be
